24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, the National Domestic Violence Hotline provides essential tools and support to help survivors of domestic violence so they can live their lives free of abuse. Contacts to The Hotline can expect highly-trained, expert advocates to offer free, confidential, and compassionate support, crisis intervention information, education, and referral services in over 200 languages.

Anxiety/Trauma-Related Disorders

The National Center for PTSD is the world’s leading research and educational center of excellence on PTSD and traumatic stress.

The International OCD Foundation is the leading authority on obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders. They are dedicated to serving a broad community of individuals around the world along with their family members, loved ones, mental health professionals, and researchers.

Suicidal Ideation

24/7 support from a trained Crisis Counselor for those in crisis anywhere in the USA.

Counselors are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Food Bank

Humane Society of Tampa Bay offers low-cost resources including pet food assistance, affordable veterinary care, and support services to help families care for their animals during times of need.

Addiction and Recovery

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who come together to solve their drinking problem. It doesn’t cost anything to attend A.A. meetings. There are no age or education requirements to participate. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking problem. The primary purpose is to help alcoholics to achieve sobriety.

The Center for Internet Addiction provides treatment for Internet addiction using specialized Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Internet addiction and is the first evidenced-based Digital Detox™ recovery program.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is the agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) that leads public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation and to improve the lives of individuals living with mental and substance use disorders, and their families.

LGBTQ+

PFLAG ​is the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them.

The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ+ young people. They provide information & support to LGBTQ+ young people 24/7, all year round.

Provides free & confidential peer-support, information, and local resources through national hotlines and online programs. Crisis counseling 24 hours a day, 7 days per week

The Center Orlando provides LGBTQ+ affirming HIV testing, PrEP/nPEP access, and medication support services, connecting individuals to ongoing antiretroviral care with navigation tailored to their needs.
ICG of Tampa and the ICG Foundation offer culturally responsive HIV treatment coordination, marketplace plan navigation, and medication adherence support—ensuring LGBTQ+ individuals receive comprehensive, affirming care across Tampa Bay.
